Countdown to Christmas

The official countdown to Christmas has begun!  I can't believe it's December already!  Where did the time go??  We started a new tradition in our house, the Advent Calendar.  Mandy gave us this last year, but this year was the first year we actually had a chance to use it!  Hopefully it will be a fun way for the kids to help "Countdown".

Funny story #1...  When we woke up this morning, I went up and got Angelo and then Lola.  While I was changing Lola, Angelo was running around upstairs going wild as usual.  There was his dirty (just pee!) diaper sitting on the landing and when I came out of Lola's room... it was gone.  I asked Angelo "Where is your diaper?"  He responded with... "I throw it at tree mommy!"... Nice.  So, I head downstairs to look at the tree for his diaper.  Since he had chunked it from the second story at the tree, I couldn't originally find it.  I had to actually reach up to get his used diaper out of our tree.  Love that boy!

Funny story #2... This morning (after the dirty diaper incident with the tree) I was in a hurry to get Angelo dressed and ready for school.  So, I'm trying to get him dressed and he told me that we can't go yet because, "I'm not done poopin'!"  Awesome.  Someone please potty train this kid! LOL
