I took Angelo to see and ride Thomas the Train today. He had a great time riding the train with his friends and then playing games and chasing some farm animals. I did have a little scare today with Angelo. I lost him while he was jumping on the bounce house with about 1000 other kids. While I was helping a little boy get off the bounce house, I took my eye off Angelo and then couldn't find him. I had all the other mommies looking and nothing. I had to tell someone who worked there what he was wearing, etc. Finally, another mom friend found him and brought him to me. Thank the Lord. I couldn't imagine losing this kid for real. So scary. I basically figured out he went around the back of the bounce house around the corner in order to "do his business" (aka poop) in private! AHHH, heart attack. This kid needs a locator or a leash, seriously!
Tonight, we got to go celebrate a friend's birthday at a spot I used to frequent during my working days, Cool River! Fun times with some fun friends! We don't get to do this enough. Always have to rush home to the kids!
